Am I mad......Actually, dont bother answering that one :0)

Have just found this epic chart for all generations of Pokemon. Would soooo love to stitch it for my pokemon mad 26 year old daughter but, reckon it will take at least 5 years if I give up all other stitching!!! MUST RESIST!!!

FREE stitching Treasure Chest YEYYYYY :0)

So happy, look what I got given today.......Was working at one of my houses & spotted this outside. As they have the builders in at the moment, I assumed it had been left outside by accident so, made a comment that it was a lovely chest (just to subtley let them know it was outside). The bloke then commented his wine had been delivered in it & he was taking it to the tip, help myself if Id like it......The perfect stitching treasure chest, Oh YES!! The base is just bigger than A4 so, perfect for storing charts etc

Need more 'Stitchy Time' :0(

Am suffering with stitching withdrawal at the moment, my needle has not been flying recently :0(
Managed to do a  little bit of my Lizzie Kate today between jobs but, I def need a good sit down & stitch for at least 4 hours kind of day soon!!!

Have know idea why (apart from the fact we watched the film the other day & it was fantastic :0) but, the BF just went browsing online & found this 'Wreck it Ralph' freebie chart.
I then showed him how to search out Geeky cross sticth online, bad move, my 'To Do' list has just doubled!!!

Had no stitching time today :0(  but, did manage a bit of a browse on Etsy, why do I do this to myself!!!
Found another 2 charts I simply must have, the stained glass one is the 3rd in a series of Beauty & the Beast ones. The spiderweb one is so stunning, was just love at 1st sight!!!!

Feeling a bit down at the moment, was expecting to get lots more of this done over the weekend than I did......at least a couple of 'Commandments'.
Forgot how long the title banner bit took to stitch, cant work out why its taking so long though, its so simple!!!
On a plus, watched 'Wreck It Ralph' & can highly reccomend the film

Binary LOVE

Have done a bit more stitching on the BFs Valentine card today........It now says (space) Love (space).......Well at least I hope thats what it says, I cant read Binary!!!
BFs round for the weekend now & I have both days off work (its a miracle) so, have to find something to stitch that he's OK to see.
Movie marathon & 2 days stitching.....Bliss :0)

My 1st official CSCC finish of the year :0)

OK, ok I know its only a baby sized piece but, I had to add some small ones to the challenge or Id never complete the 15 in a year.
Im still really pleased to have an official finished piece, one down, 14 more to go!!!

Day 15, Aliens.....They mostly come at night

Yeyyyyy, its finally day 15 of the challenge, no more new starts for a while now.....Im a serial starter but, even I want to get on with some of the ones Ive started this month & not look at anymore new stash :0)
Saying that, I didnt manage to start todays piece. Cut the fabric, found the threads then, the BF came home early & as its yet another suprise one for him , couldnt start it, Oh well.....

Day 14, Battlestar Galactica

Loved stitching this one today, I nearly have my 1st little Cylon :0)

Day 13, Tribal Mickey

This was going to be my new start for the day but, gained a little bit of extra cash I wasnt expecting so, have decided to treat myself to a piece of Stephs hand dyed fabrics for it.......loving the purple colours, what do you think of the fabric choice?

Day 12, Poison Your Food

This one is a quick little new start.
Think maybe I should have also stitched the 1st word 'Don't' before I took this piccie, the BF is getting a bit worried at the mo over what his dinner is tonight :0)

Day 11, the Geek Commandments

Finally got to start this one today & loved it.
This is the Geek Commandments as created by myself & the BF. Had to stitch really near to the edge of the fabbie, just to fit it all in, better edge this piece fast before I start fraying.
Took 5 hours today just to stitch this top bit, thinks it may be bigger than I expected!!

Have made a small start on my 'Quiet Please, cross stitcher at Work' sampler.
Found some lovely variagated thread in my stash so, am using that, hope it shows up nicely when done

Just a little bit done on this new start today.......didnt realise how much back stitch was in this one....D'oh!
Saying that, Im really enjoying it so far, reckon this will be one of the 1st finishes of the year :0)

Day 7, Binary code 'I Love You'

Started this one today for the BF, will be for Valentines or 2nd Anniversary.  Seemed quite fitting to start this one today as its our 1 1/2 year anniversary today :0)

Day 6, ERM, not quite sure what to call this one!!

This is a WIP I fell in love with last year. Have stitched a lot already but, it still needs the words 'I never recieved my acceptance letter from Hogwarts' stitched at the top

Day 5, The Many Faces of Doctor Who

This is a WIP Im working on secretly for the BF.  Didnt actually stitch on it today but, thought Id post it up here quick while he wasnt about to see.
I actually spent all of todays stitchy time charting out my 'Geek Commandments' piece that we have been designing together......coming along really nicely now, very pleased but, may have to scrap a few Commandments, my fabbie isnt big enough!!!

Day 4, Bethlehem

This is a piece I started late last year. The fabby is a gorgeous tea, coffee & beetroot dyed mish mash I boiled up to see what hapenned, cant see the colour in the piccie though, sorry :0(

Must stitch.....Gotta catch them all :0)

Would so love to stitch this but, my pokemon mad daughter would steal it if I did :0(

Day 3, Lizzie Kate :0)

This is a new start by Lizzie Kate called 'Did you ever stop to think'.  It was a 'Boxer' design ie, came with fabric but, I hated the fabric that came with it, was as stiff as cardboard & see through so, Ive grabbed a piece of hand dyed eveweave from my stash box & used that instead.....sorted :0)

Day 2, huge Zodiac piece

This is a WIP that has been on the go for many years. Its 12 seperate Janlyn kits that I have combined onto one huge piece. Im stitching Aries on it for this years piece.

Happy New Year & New CSCC, Day 1

Hope everyones had a fantastic start to the New Year & all set for the CSCC.
I just managed to finish The Victorian Xmas 1st page last night (made 8 official finishes in the 2013 challenge) & decided I might aswell start Page 2 today as my Day 1 piece seeing it was already out 0)
Dont think I will be doing anymore stitching on this one for a while though, Im all Christmasd out!
